In good condition although there are 2 slight bite marks from our furry feline members of the family as well as some minor scratches on the chair seats from our feline family members as well. We paid about 400 dollars for the set. It would be ideal as a second dining Room set in a basement but could also very easily be used as a main set as well. The unit is rock solid structurally speaking and the bites and scratches mentioned are purely cosmetic in nature.The unit is also from a smoke free home. Asking $100.
