Extremely well maintained. No leaks, stains, mold or mildew. Strong sturdy floor throughout. Winterised, winter stored. Sealent on roof. No rust on steps etc. All appliances work great. AC and Heat. Full frige, like new. Comfy thick mattress. Slide doors for privacy. Two large bunks. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Full bath. Outdoor Kitchen. Extreme amount of storage. Tires replaced last season. Emptied black and grey tank July 12 th 26. Purchased June 26. Very comfy and homey. Not dissappointed if we do not sell. It is our 3 rd camper . We almost have our dream one. Only selling as we enjoy having guests. We think a bunk house will be better as our grandchildren grow. $ asking purchase price of $ 22,000 .
