Field Sales Representative — Industrial MRO & OEM Products
Description
Panaseal Inc. is the exclusive Canadian distributor of WINKEL® (Germany), a professional-grade line
of industrial chemistry for MRO and OEM operations. Our range covers adhesives and repair
epoxies, threadlockers and sealants, anti-seize and greases, metal coatings and protective
sprays, industrial cleaners, and specialty maintenance products — supplying customers across
manufacturing, fabrication, fleet maintenance, marine, food processing, and heavy industry sectors
throughout Ontario.
We are hiring a Field Sales Representative to grow our customer base across the GTA, Hamilton,
Niagara, Waterloo Region, and surrounding Southern Ontario markets.
What you will do
• Visit industrial and commercial accounts across Southern Ontario
• Build and maintain the customer pipeline in HubSpot CRM (updates, follow-ups, activity logs)
• Present products, drop samples, and close orders
• Support inside operations one day per week (Monday order processing)
• Report weekly on activity and pipeline to ownership
What we need
• Minimum 2 years of B2B or field sales experience (industrial, MRO, welding, safety, tools, or
similar is an asset)
• Own reliable vehicle, valid Ontario G license, and clean driving abstract — comfortable with
regular field driving and periodic day-trips beyond the GTA to Hamilton, Niagara, and Kitchener-
Waterloo
• Comfortable with HubSpot or a similar CRM and standard mobile / Excel tools
• Self-motivated — this is a mostly-street role with weekly ownership check-ins, not daily
supervision
• Strong written and spoken English; Spanish is an asset
Compensation and terms
• $20–$25 per hour depending on experience, plus commission on sales
• Full-time employee position with a three-month probationary period
• Vacation pay per Ontario Employment Standards Act
• Mileage reimbursement for client visits
• Full product training, brochures, samples, and ongoing coaching provided
