ASSISTANT -IMMIGRATION LAW SOUTH CALGARY
An immigration lawyer is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join a growing practice.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll work directly with the lawyer to support day-to-day case management — helping clients through visas, green cards, naturalization, and other immigration matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, organize, and file immigration forms and supporting documents
Track deadlines and manage case files
Communicate with clients to collect information and provide status updates
Coordinate with USCIS, consulates, and other agencies as needed
Support day-to-day office and administrative tasks

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Excellent typing skills essential
Attention to detail
Experience in immigration law preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines
