Shift: Everyday 8:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Can be extended)

Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and food preparation areas.
- Remove garbage and recycling and maintain waste disposal areas.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors throughout the shift.
- Restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies in designated areas.
- Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation when required.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Support the kitchen team with general cleaning and closing duties.
