We are looking for a full time Shop Laborer to join our team working on agricultural & construction equipment. Every day is different, you will be repairing, assembling, fabricating, welding, on new and used pieces. You will need to not be afraid of getting dirty, can lift more than your ego, enjoy solving puzzles that seem next to impossible, have a strong work ethic and don't need someone looking over your shoulder, pay attention to the little things so they don't become big problems later, and can juggle multiple jobs without actually juggling tools. Reality is this is NOT an air - conditioned office with a latte machine, you will be working in a hot noisy shop, most days you will wonder if you will ever get caught up, some days will drag, some will fly by, every day you have the opportunity to accomplish something if you work hard. Our requirements are you are a Canadian citizen, you speak fluent English, you are physically able to do this job, you are reliable, motivated and abide by the shop rules. No drugs or alcohol at work, phones stay away during working hours, you show up and you do your job.
