Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, efficiently manage food and beverage orders, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively environment where hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail are valued. Prior restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems are preferred, but we provide training for the right candidate. A strong understanding of food safety and food handling procedures is essential to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests using POS systems such as Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of service quality
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
• Ensure proper food safety and food handling procedures are followed at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bar and dining spaces
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management skills
• Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations before and after shifts
• Uphold all health regulations related to food industry standards and food safety practices

Skills
• Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable
• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods smoothly
• Knowledge of food safety, food handling, and proper serving techniques
• Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and billing purposes
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
