About Us:
Sanpol Roofing is a growing roofing company based in Winnipeg, known for quality workmanship and reliable service. We’re currently looking to expand our team and are seeking an experienced Roofer who takes pride in their craft and works well independently or with a crew. We are also looking for Labourers, no roofing experience required.

Responsibilities:

Install, and repair, roofs (shingles, flat roofing)
Inspect roofs for damage and prepare surfaces before installation
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized worksite
Work efficiently in varying weather conditions

Requirements:

Labourers no experience required, just general construction knowledge at a minimum
Roofers, minimum 1 year experience installing shingles or flat roofing
Familiarity with roofing tools, materials, and safety procedures
Ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
