Blue Creek Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to join our team
We do road development, site grading, excavation, grading, pushing material, excavating, clearing, and site preparation.
Read and follow grade stakes, laser levels, GPS systems, or instructions.
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Work collaboratively with the crew to meet project timelines.
Maintain a strong focus on safety.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience operating dozers in construction.
Experience on other heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, graders) is a strong asset.
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
Reliable transportation to sites north of Winnipeg.
