Manufacturing Associate – Entry Level (Full Time)

Diamond CNC is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our growing team. No cabinet-making experience is required—we will provide the training. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in doing quality work, and want to build a long-term career in manufacturing, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As part of our production team, you'll be trained in a variety of manufacturing tasks, including:

Assemble cabinet components
Prepare parts for assembly and finishing.
Install hardware such as hinges, drawer slides, and accessories.
Operate modern production equipment, including CNC-assisted manufacturing systems.
Assist with sanding, spraying, packaging, and final quality inspection.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work with your team to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

As your skills develop, you'll have opportunities to learn additional equipment and advance into more specialized roles.

Work Schedule

Monday – Thursday
7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Enjoy a three-day weekend every week.

Compensation

Competitive, performance-based wages with regular opportunities for advancement as your skills and productivity improve. $20/hour to start ,

What We're Looking For
Must be able to read a tape measure.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
Comfortable using hand tools and learning new equipment.
Able to lift materials and remain on your feet throughout the workday.
