The defining element of what makes this job unique is the way employee pay works. We have an algorithm/equation that takes 50% of TOTAL REVENUE, and forces it into EMPLOYEE PAY.

Each employee makes his/her wage, and then the remaining number (essentially a large share of the "profit" for the month) gets plugged into our equation that accounts for several factors, and that indicates who gets what % share of that remaining "bonus pool".

The factors the equation accounts for are all focused toward zero-ing in on who is really responsible for the profit in the first place, so, many things are rewarded and accounted for.

But on top of that, we are very easy to work with. The days you work are very flexible. We dont have flexibility on the hours per se, like you cant roll in at 10am because you like sleeping. But any entire days you want off? Take it.

This work is seasonal. We will be laying off in October most likely.
