Dining room/Kitchen table and chairs. Construction solid wood. Regular wear and tear. Solidly built all original hardware. The two end chairs have arms and the four side chairs have no arms. The only reason I am selling is it ibig for my condolences otherwise I would not sell. Measurements are as follows. Table without extension/leaf measures 66" x 40". The leaf adds an extra 18" for a maximum measurement for the table....84"x 40". The height of the table is 30 5/8" tall. All the chairs are strong and don't have any issues at all. No rocking of the chairs at all. The stand perfectly level. The legs are easily removed for transport. I would level each leg to ensure they go back into the same location when you reassemble. Fabric is not ripped and could be changed if you like. Chairs are original to the table....So the fit is perfect. I will also help to carry and for you when you pick up. Call 204 615-6902
