Need help with E-bike

Recently purchased e-bike new from a well known, established e-bike dealer in Fredericton four months ago.

The wiring cable which runs to the rear wheel hub where the electrical motor is located become detached and got caught up in the wheel .

The bike is displaying a code that says there’s no communication to the motor.
The dealership inexplicably blamed me and furthermore canceled the remaining eight months of warranty.

I need someone who is familiar with this kind of electronics to do some intricate soldering and who owns amperage meter to determine the exact problem.

I assume one of the hall sensors has lost its connection.

This is our only transportation.

We have been extremely stressed out and desperately require immediate help .
We are very hurt and feel betrayed by this dealership who shed all responsibility for their product.
