Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Common Area Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of a condominium building.

This is a full-time position with consistent weekday hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Light cleaning of common areas including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and elevators
Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces
Garbage and recycling removal
Ensuring common areas are clean, safe, and presentable

Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Reliable and punctual
Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required
