Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join a food manufacturing company. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, maintain accurate records, assist with daily office operations, and support communication between different departments.

Location: Markham Rd and Sheppart Ave E

Shift: 9:30 am to 5:00 pm

Requirements:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data management, reporting, formulas, spreadsheets, and document organization
- Strong experience with QuickBooks, including data entry, invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic accounting support
- Previous experience in office administration, accounting support, or a similar role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and general computer systems

Pay rate: $20-$21 to start
