A student-only room within walking distance from the University of Toronto, Toronto Metropolitan University and George Brown College. No pets, no smoking, no parties.
Lease from 1 September 2026 for 8—12 Months .
Local student, international student or LGBTQ are welcome.
The room rate $875.- to $1200.- All utilities: including water, hot water, gas, heat, electricity, air conditioning, and closet, except internet( can share from roommate). There are coin-operated laundry machines in the building. We provide free of beds and mattresses, chairs, desk.
For interested students, we need:
1. Student ID
2. Local solid guarantor. For students who do not have a local guarantor, their proposals or requests will be considered.
