Hiring experienced Structural Steel Fitters/Welders for a steel fabrication shop in Bolton, Ontario.

Job Duties:
Read and interpret structural steel shop drawings and blueprints.
Fit and assemble structural steel beams, columns, braces, and plates.
Verify dimensions, alignment, and tolerances before welding.
Operate fabrication equipment including overhead cranes, band saws, drills, grinders, and cutting equipment.
Perform layout work and inspect completed work for quality.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 3–5 years of structural steel fitting experience.
✔ Ability to read structural steel drawings.
✔ Experience using fabrication equipment and measuring tools.
✔ Knowledge of welding symbols and fabrication tolerances.
✔ Experience with overhead cranes is an asset.
✔ Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
✔ Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
