ADDITIONALLY, FOR PARENTS:
Train while they train! Parents’ Martial Arts Fitness Class: Punch, kick, stretch, and breathe while your kids do the same!

We offer something for the parents, as well! While your kids are building confidence and skills in their class, you’ll have the chance to do the same! Parents can train at the very same time, getting in shape and learning martial arts while your kids do.

You can expect punches, kicks, stretching, breathing, and movement, and it’s just $50 per month for parents for 2x/week. It’s a novel and fun way to get in shape, relieve stress, and set a great example for your little one. A great option to leverage the class time better as well! Optional, but very worthwhile.
