We’re looking for experienced metal roofing subcontractors to support ongoing standing seam and snap lock installations across Calgary and surrounding communities. If you run a capable crew with the right equipment, we have consistent work available.
About the Work
• Standing seam and snap lock metal roofing
• Residential and light commercial projects
• Full installation: panels, flashing, trims, waterproofing details
• Measure, prepare, and install according to plans and specifications
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and installation guides
• Maintain safe access using ladders, scaffolding, and proper fall protection
• Ensure clean, accurate, weather tight installations with strong attention to detail
• Quality check all completed work for alignment, fastening, and finish
Requirements
• Subcontractors (experienced crews)
• Must supply all tools, equipment, brake/roll former, vehicle, and ladders
• Valid fall protection and safety certifications
• Ability to work independently from provided plans
• Strong problem solving skills and familiarity with metal roofing systems
• WCB, liability insurance, GST registered
Materials & Profiles
• Common Alberta suppliers (Vicwest, Westform, Ideal, etc.)
• 24 ga standing seam and snap lock systems
