This position requires physically demanding work, attention to detail and willingness to adapt and learn.
Job Duties:
-seeding with air drill-spraying with self propelled high clearance sprayer
-assist with spraying-hauling water/chemical, handling chemical
-operate combine
-operate grain cart
-semi truck unloading
-grain hauling
-maintenance of heavy-duty equipment\
-yard maintenance and upkeep-picking rocks
-field maintenance
-grain cleaning
-snow removal
-Truck Driving
-Cutting grass & yard work
-Machinery maintenance
-Bin cleaning and repairs
-Harvest duties
Must be permitted to work in Canada, previous farm experience is an asset.
Wage: $25.00 hr/ 30-40 hours per week minimum (Hours will increase during certain seasons ie. seeding and harvest)
