**Groundman (Tree Service) – Full-Time**

**Location:** Milton, ON
**Pay:** $19–$22/hour (based on experience)

The Real Tree Masters is hiring a hardworking **Groundman** to join our team!

**Responsibilities:**

* Clean up branches and debris
* Move logs and assist the tree crew
* Operate equipment (training provided)
* Work outdoors in all weather

**Requirements:**

* Valid **DZ Driver's Licence** (required)
* Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
* Reliable and team-oriented
* Tree service experience is an asset
