We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional person to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, communicating with customers, organizing events, and speaking with groups, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service
Answer phone calls, text messages, and email inquiries
Register seminar participants
Assist with seminar and event coordination
Welcome attendees and provide information
Support business presentations and networking events
Assist with marketing and social media
General office administration

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly, outgoing, and professional
Organized and dependable
Comfortable speaking with individuals and small groups
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs & Email)
Customer service, sales, office, or event experience is an asset
