2007 28 ft Fleetwood Prowler RV with dinette and sofa slide out. Sleeps 2 adults and 4 children. Bathroom has shower and tub., with optional outdoor shower. Unit is equipped with AC, roof mount TV antenna, am/fm stereo, microwave, rear mounted spare tire. Equalizer hitch included in the sell. Needs new hot water tank! So hot water DOES NOT WORK. Everything else works awesome! No leaks or soft spots. Very solid! Good tires on it also. Never smoked in
