CNC Operator – Woodworking Company (Full-Time)
Location: Brampton, ON
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Minimum wage (as per Ontario Employment Standards)
About Us
We are a growing woodworking company specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality kitchen cabinets and custom wood products. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated CNC Operator to join our production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC woodworking machines to manufacture cabinet components and other wood products.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Perform basic machine setup and routine maintenance.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements:
- Training will be provided – previous CNC experience is an asset but not required.
- Must have a valid work permit and be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift materials and perform physical work as required.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
