Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Gas Station Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing excellent service to customers, managing fuel and convenience store operations, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a positive attitude. Bilingual skills are a plus to assist a diverse customer base. This position offers an opportunity to develop retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling vehicles efficiently
• Operate POS systems for cash handling and transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the fuel area, convenience store, and surrounding premises
• Restock shelves, merchandise products, and ensure proper product placement (merchandising)
• Provide product demos or information to customers interested in specific items or promotions
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and sales
• Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and issuing receipts
• Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory levels
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including proper handling of fuel and chemicals
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
• Manage time efficiently during busy periods to serve customers promptly

Qualifications
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling and POS operations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with technology sales or product demos is advantageous but not necessary
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed

All persons interested must be available weekend and shifts 11pm-7am

This shift is for Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat/Sun split between 2 of our locations

Job Type: Full-time / Part- time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
