GO Paving Ltd. is a growing commercial and residential paving contractor based in Winnipeg, specializing in asphalt paving, concrete, excavation, and seasonal snow removal.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced individuals to join our team for the upcoming season.

We're Hiring:
• Asphalt Rakers
• Asphalt Labourers
• Roller Operators
• Paver Operators

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in asphalt construction is required.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (Class 3 with Air Brake endorsement is an asset).
• Experience operating asphalt paving equipment is an asset.
• Experience operating skid steers or other construction equipment is an asset.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
• Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and motivated.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
