First Impressions Cleaning Services is seeking a reliable couple for permanent part-time cleaning subcontractor work.
Burlington Contract Overview
Cleaning contract available in Burlington, starting immediately (team of two).
Permanent Part time, facility is cleaned 1 day per week on the weekend . Applicants must be detail-oriented, have a valid driver’s license, and deliver high-quality cleaning as required by the client.
Compensation and Schedule
This facility is cleaned 1 days per week either Saturday or Sunday, cleaning is to be done after anytime as premises is closed.
Will take a couple (team of two) 2 hours to clean per evening.
Duties include: vacuuming/washing floors/ cleaning bathrooms and garbage removal/dusting/etc
Payment via e-transfer on the 30th of each month.
Ancaster Contract Overview
Cleaning contract available in Ancaster, starting immediately (team of two).
Permanent Part time, facility is cleaned 7 nights per week (summer months 5 days per week, Monday to Friday). Applicants must be detail-oriented, have a valid driver’s license, and deliver high-quality cleaning as required by the client.
Compensation and Schedule
This facility is cleaned 7 days per week January to June. Monday to Friday cleaning is to be done after 10:00pm.
Saturdays and Sundays cleaning to be done after 6:00pm.
Will take a couple (team of two) 2 hours to clean per evening.
In Summer (July/Aug) this facility is cleaned 5 days per week (Monday to Friday). Cleaning to be done after 10pm.
Duties include: vacuuming/washing floors/ cleaning bathrooms and garbage removal (some light weekly duties)
Payment via e-transfer on the 30th of each month
Client Requirements
All areas are under constant client surveillance.
Must provide your own supplies and equipment
Must have a dependable vehicle, and insurance
Italian or Portuguese speaking is an asset
Must be bondable
Willing to sign a non-compete-for-business form
