Wesselius Windy View, a modern 5 robot dairy farm located in Elgin NB is looking for a full-time, permanent team member to join our crew

The Ideal Candidate -

• Works efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Has experience operating farm equipment and/or working with cattle (both considered an asset but not required)
• Is reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn

⏰ Hours of Work -

• Monday to Friday, typically 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Every other weekend (split shift)
• Hours may vary for approximately 4–5 weeks each year during our busy field season

✨ Job Duties -

• Complete daily barn chores and livestock care
• Bed stalls and maintain clean, comfortable housing
• Feed cattle and ensure access to fresh water
• Move livestock safely between barns and pasture
• Clean and maintain barns, equipment, and work areas
• Monitor livestock daily and report any health or welfare concerns
• Repair and maintain fences and gates
• Operate farm equipment for field work, including haying, silage, corn harvest, manure hauling, etc
• Equipment maintenance
• Other assigned farm duties
