MAX WINDOWS & DOORS is growing, and we are looking for motivated, experienced, and reliable installers to join our team in Edmonton and surrounding areas.

We are currently hiring installers with experience in commercial and/or residential windows and doors installation, as well as access control systems.

Positions Available:

•⁠ ⁠Commercial Windows & Doors Installers
•⁠ ⁠Residential Windows & Doors Installers
•⁠ ⁠Access Control Installers / Technicians

Work Includes:

•⁠ ⁠Commercial windows and doors installation
•⁠ ⁠Residential windows and entry doors installation
•⁠ ⁠Storefront systems
•⁠ ⁠Curtain wall systems
•⁠ ⁠Glass replacement and repairs
•⁠ ⁠Door hardware, adjustments, and service work
•⁠ ⁠Access control systems
•⁠ ⁠Automatic doors
•⁠ ⁠Renovation and replacement projects
•⁠ ⁠Sealing, finishing, and repairs
•⁠ ⁠Service calls and maintenance work

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in windows, doors, or access control is required
•⁠ ⁠Commercial or residential experience required depending on position
•⁠ ⁠Valid driver’s license is mandatory
•⁠ ⁠Ability to read measurements and use installation tools
•⁠ ⁠Own tools are an asset
•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and professional workmanship
•⁠ ⁠Reliable, punctual, and responsible
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•⁠ ⁠Good communication and professionalism on job sites
•⁠ ⁠Physically capable of lifting and handling heavy materials safely
