Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable:

• Manage invoicing and collections processes.

• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Accounts Payable:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

• Maintain accurate records of expenditures.

• Payroll:

• Process bi-monthly payroll for employees.

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

• Manage employee records and assist with payroll inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills.
