About the Role
Orizon Energy is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and paper documents.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating administrative tasks.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Support the team with general office administration.
Assist with onboarding paperwork and other administrative duties as required.
Communicate effectively with internal staff and external customers.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills(MUST).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer service experience is required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Previous administrative or office experience is considered an asset.
