**Job Title:** Part-Time Law Clerks (Multiple Positions)
**Location:** Toronto, Ontario (Onsite)
**Job Type:** Part-Time
**About the Firm:**
We are a growing, full-service law firm based in Toronto, Ontario, seeking experienced and detail-oriented **Part-Time Law Clerks** to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong practical experience looking to contribute in a dynamic legal environment.
**Open Positions:**
* Immigration Law Clerk
* Family Law Clerk
* Civil Litigation Law Clerk
* Criminal Law Clerk
* Real Estate Law Clerk
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage and maintain legal files from intake to completion
* Draft legal documents, pleadings, forms, and correspondence
* Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties
* Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation
* Ensure compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements
* Provide administrative and clerical support to lawyers
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum **4–5 years of experience** as a Law Clerk in the relevant practice area
* Law Clerk diploma or equivalent legal experience
* Strong knowledge of Ontario legal procedures and documentation
* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
**Technical Skills (Preferred):**
* Experience with **Teraview**, **Unity**, **LawyerDoneDeal (LDD)**
* Familiarity with **Clio**, **PC Law**, or similar practice management software
* Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)**
* Experience with court filing systems and legal databases
**Requirements:**
* Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
* Ability to work onsite in Toronto
* High level of professionalism and attention to detail
