The Bragg Creek Bakery Café is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our growing team.

We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time Café Team Members/Baristas.

*Important Transportation Requirement
Applicants must have their own reliable transportation to Bragg Creek.
There is no public transportation available to Bragg Creek, and staff are responsible for getting themselves to and from work. Unfortunately, if you do not have access to a vehicle, we cannot consider your application.

What You'll Be Doing
This is a busy, fast-paced café and bakery environment. We are looking for team members who enjoy staying active and working as part of a team.

Daily responsibilities include:
● Providing friendly and professional customer service
● Taking customer orders and operating the POS system
● Cash handling and processing transactions
● Preparing espresso-based coffee beverages and other drinks
● Serving baked goods, breakfast, and lunch items
● Restocking displays and supplies
● Maintaining cleanliness throughout the café
● Dishwashing and general cleaning duties
● Assisting with opening and closing procedures
● Supporting other café and bakery operations as required
Please note: This is not a position for someone looking for an easy or slow-paced job. Our team works hard, stays busy, and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience every day.

What We're Looking For
Assets (Not Required)
● Previous customer service experience in cafés, restaurants, or retail environments
● ProServe certification
● Food Safety certification
● Key Carrier Experience

We are happy to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Compensation & Perks
● Starting wage: $15.00/hour for entry-level applicants
● $16.00 /hour based on experience and demonstrated performance during training
● Shared tip pool distributed equally among staff
● Staff lunch per diem, Employee discounts on coffee, food, and bakery items during shifts

● Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
● Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
● Wednesday: Closed
● Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
● Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
● Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
● Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
