I upgraded to an AMD cpu and motherboard so I'm selling my old stuff. I have the the original boxes and manuals and extra thermal paste. Its only the cpu and motherboard I'm selling. I might have an 8gb stick of ram, but I don't know if its compatible with this motherboard. Its a decent cpu, I was able to play pretty much any game on medium-ultra settings at 1080p depending on the game. Last game I can remember playing on it was the Resident Evil 4 remake and I was getting over 100fps on maxed out settings using a Radeon RX 6700 and 16gb ram.
