Exercises and assignments designed for summer days.
Classes offered by phone, live video chat, or in-person in the Fort Erie area -- indoors or outdoors, depending on preference and weather.
Work at your own pace, from the comfort of your own home.... or from wherever you are. Incorporate it with your vacation or your everyday, summer routine.
Focus only on what invokes emotion and catches your attention --

~Journal for attaining mindfulness -- living "in the now".

1 follow-up 2-hour phone, video chat or in-person consultation.
