We are an established exterior renovation team currently undertaking government-contracted projects. We are looking to hire motivated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our crew! Job Location & Schedule:
Main Office/Meet-up Location: Scarborough South (Candidates living in South Scarborough/East York area are highly preferred for easy commuting/pick-up).
Job Sites: Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Position Type: Full-time / Part-time (On-the-books / Payroll / T4 required).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with various government exterior renovation projects (including scaffolding setup, framing, insulation, and outdoor structural work as shown in ⁠image.

Handle construction materials, tools, and heavy lifting.
Strictly adhere to safety protocols on-site.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Certifications: Must hold a valid Working at Heights (WAH) certificate (Mandatory for government sites).
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Must bring your own standard safety gear, including:
Safety Helmet / Hard Hat
CSA-Approved Safety Shoes / Boots
High-Visibility Safety Vest
Experience: Previous local construction or exterior renovation experience in Ontario is required. However, if you are short on experience but have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, we are ready to train you!
Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit, capable of heavy lifting, and comfortable working outdoors under the sun.
Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This is a tax-paying position (Payroll/T4). Cash payment is not an option.
Compensation & Perks:
Starting Salary (General Labour / Apprentice): $17.50 / hour (After the trial period).
Growth Potential: For fast learners and individuals with a strong work ethic, pay will gradually increase up to $25.00 / hour as your skills and independence grow.
Perks: We provide one complimentary lunch per working day.
