Must have advanced knowledge of Mozaic software.

The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled, reliable Senior CNC Programmer / Operator for our day shift at our Brampton facility.
You will be fully responsible for the end-to-end process: programming, setting up, and operating our CNC machinery.
Expert proficiency in Mozaic software alongside specialized experience machining a wide variety of metals and industrial plastics

What You’ll Do
Program, set up, and operate CNC machines using Mozaic software from initial concept to finished product.
Select appropriate tooling, feeds, and speeds tailored specifically for advanced metals and industrial plastics.
Write and modify G-code/M-code or software parameters to optimize machining processes.
Perform full machine setups including tooling selection, workholding, and custom fixtures.
Manage layouts to maximize material yield and minimize waste.
Load raw materials and unload finished parts.
Perform precision quality checks to ensure pieces match exact technical specifications.
Troubleshoot programming issues and perform minor machine maintenance.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC machinery.
Must have advanced knowledge of Mozaic software.
Proven experience machining metals: Aluminium, brass, bronze, carbon steel, copper, titanium, and monel.
Proven experience machining non-metals: Various industrial plastics.
Expert ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering layouts.
Strong troubleshooting skills for both software programming and mechanical setups.
Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.

What We Offer
