We are seeking a Sales Associate/Pawnbroker to join our team!

We are looking for the right person to train.

You must have excellent customer service skills. You must be detail oriented, hardworking, responsible and follow all pawnbroking rules and regulations. You must be dependable and able to adapt to the customer base.

We are looking for someone that is trustworthy and willing to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adhering to all pawnbroking regulations, company procedures and policies
• Performing opening and closing duties
• Multitasking is a must in a fast paced work environment
• Interacting with customers, performing sales, taking payments, closing transactions, maintain cleanliness, money reconciliation and inventory
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Processing loans, extensions and sales

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have high school diploma or be over the age of 18
• Computer Literate
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
• Communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent work ethic

Previous experience in retail, cash handling, or pawn operations is preferred but not required —we are willing to train the right person.
