I’m 32 years old, and for most of my life I’ve wanted to start a business. Growing up, I would always talk to friends about starting something together, building a company, and creating opportunities. Most people weren’t interested. Meanwhile, I watched other people around me build businesses and create something for themselves and their families, and I always knew I wanted to do the same.

Today, I’m looking for the right business partner to help build a residential and commercial construction company, with a focus on framing and future expansion into other construction services.

I’m not looking for someone who only wants to make more money. Money is important, but that’s not the main reason for doing this. I’m looking for someone who is hungry, driven, and wants to build something meaningful for their family, their future, and their community.

I want a partner who understands that success isn’t just about what we make for ourselves. It’s about the impact we leave behind. Whether someone makes $100,000 or $10 billion, one day we’re all gone. What matters is what we built, who we helped, and what opportunities we created for others.

One of my goals for this company is to create jobs for hardworking people who struggle to get opportunities. There are many qualified, reliable workers who have difficult backgrounds or circumstances and can’t seem to get a fair chance. I want our company to be a place where hardworking people can prove themselves, earn a living, and build a better future.

I’m looking for a partner who:
• Is honest and trustworthy
• Is not selfish
• Puts people before ego
• Wants to create opportunities for others
• Cares about family, community, and doing the right thing
• Is willing to work hard and grow something from the ground up
• Has construction, business, management, sales, or leadership experience (an asset but not required)
