1962 Belair bubble top.. rare and rust free, it’s not a clone.
Description
Up for sale is my 1962 Belair sport coupe or bubble top as they are affectionately know as. The car has all the proper documentation from Vintage Vehicle services in Oshawa, Ontario and was born a 283 ci motor and a powerglide transmission. It now runs a 350 roller rockers, GM crate engine and a rebuilt 200 R4 transmission..a combination that allows this vehicle to operate at 1800rpm when hyway cruising at 110 kilometres an hour. Car is very rust free and has had new rear quarters and trunk pan years ago prior to my ownership. Runs great with no issues whatsoever.. power brakes, new wiper motor new fuse panel and refreshed wiring. Has been soundproofed inside with rust free floor pans painted with POR paint and hushmat rolled entirely, has updated interior with period bucket seats and original console. B&M star shifter. Updated radio and sound system with hookup for phone. Really red paint is really nice but isn’t new.. a few picks. Wheels are Ridler 5 spokes and are 20’s on the rear.. 18’s on front. Don’t like them? I also have a set of old school American racing rims.. anyway, anyone who knows about the’62 Belair bubble top knows that real ones, especially documented are both rare and pricey.. and you’ll be hard pressed to find a nicer one in Canada for this money… If you’re really interested give me a call.. I’m not going to answer your texts.. 902 543-9913.: please remember, it’s not on sale, it’s for sale. Thanks for looking!
