Position: Greenhouse Farm Labourer
Employment Type: Full-time, Seasonal
Location: Lambton Shores, Ontario
Wage: $17.60 per hour
Additional Compensation: Performance bonuses available to all employees based on quality of work
About the Role
Greenhouse general farm labourer supports daily crop production activities to ensure healthy plants and high-quality harvests. This role involves physical, repetitive tasks and requires reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Planting, pruning, clipping, and general crop maintenance
Harvesting and packing produce according to quality standards
Monitoring plant health and reporting concerns to supervisors
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Following all workplace policies, safety procedures, and biosecurity protocols
Supporting additional greenhouse tasks as needed
· Daily cleaning of Facilities

Qualifications

Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting
Comfortable working in warm, humid greenhouse conditions
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and safety‑minded
Previous greenhouse or agricultural experience is an asset but not required
