We are looking to hire Lease Operators, owning & driving their own trucks, for multiple new projects scheduled for the next several years. We also currently provide services to haul Frac Sand.
Positions are available for Strong Candidates who can work away from home base for extended periods of time.
Lease Operators must have off-road experience of more than 5 years.

Submit: Driver’s Abstract (NO OLDER THAN 30 DAYS). Without this, you will NOT be considered.
Submit: Resume with 2 Work References and Current H2S and First Aid tickets. ODA course would be an asset.
Requirements to join Olaco Inc.:
Valid Class 1 driver’s license with commercial driver’s Abstract 5 years minimum.
Off Road experience and Over-Dimensional experience would be an asset.
MUST be able to back-up Super B combination.
Truck must be equipped with 4-way lockers and be willing to install Headache Rack.
Valid H2S Alive and Standard First Aid with CPR C/AED.
Must pass Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, and Native-level English skills required.
NOTE: Communications between crew personnel and company incident personnel is mandatory for safe and effective performance. All personnel must be able to proficiently communicate in English, and read and communicate the Dispatch instructions, Safety Alerts, etc. All radio communication on assigned frequencies shall be in English.
Vehicle will be subject to mechanical inspection by Olaco Inc. prior to hiring.
