What You'll Do
Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks
Enter and maintain financial data accurately
Process invoices, bills, and expense records
Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Provide administrative and office support
Communicate with clients regarding documentation and follow-ups
Support payroll, GST/HST, and other accounting-related tasks as needed
Perform general office duties and assist team members with various projects

Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration experience preferred
Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles
Knowledge of QuickBooks Online is an asset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
