Willy's Greenhouse Ltd. is looking for 4 hard workers to be working full time and as a contract employment. The starting date of employment is 2026/12/15 and the ending date is 2028/12/15.

Working hours:
Day, Early Morning, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Night, On Call, Weekend
40 to 60 hours per Week
Wage: $17.60 CAD hourly

Education:
No degree, certificate or diploma is required.

Languages:
English is not required.

Experience:
No experience is required. The employees will be trained.

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work site environment:
Floriculture production, confined spaces, wet/damp, odours, hot, cold/refrigerated and non-smoking.

Work setting:
Rural area and Remote location


Responsibilities/tasks:
Greenhouse cleaning, plant bulbs and seeds, pot and re-pot plants, transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings and clean work area.

Type of product that the employee will be handling:
Bedding plants, cut flowers and seasonal plants.

Public transportation is not available.

Work conditions and physical capabilities:
Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, large workload, attention to detail, hand-eye co-ordination and overtime required.

Weight handling:
Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
