We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and skilled individual who wants to grow with our company. This is a full-time position, primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays when required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project & Site Management
- Oversee projects from start to finish.
- Ensure all required tools, equipment, and materials are on-site before work begins.
- Order additional materials when needed.
- Prepare job sites before work starts and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
- Conduct thorough site clean-up and ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are removed upon project completion.
- Finishing & Construction Work

Perform hands-on finishing work, including:
- Drywall repairs
- Plastering and taping
- Painting
- Staining
- Application of oils, clear coats, and other finishing products.
- Other related finishing and renovation tasks

Team Leadership & Communication
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients.
- Provide clear direction to team members and subcontractors.
- Complete daily progress reports and updates for management.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timelines are met.
- Identify and report issues immediately, including: material shortages, project delays, client concerns, subcontractor performance issues.

Safety & Operations:
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Promote and enforce safe job site practices.
- Make sound decisions on-site and know when to seek guidance from management.
- Pick up, deliver, and transport materials, tools, and equipment between job sites as required.

Additional Skills Considered an Asset:
- Experience with any of the following is highly valued: General handyman/handywoman skills, hanging shelves, mirrors, artwork, and fixtures, basic carpentry and woodworking, basic framing, general construction or renovation experience.

Requirements:
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Strong work ethic and desire to grow within the company.
- Experience with drywall, plastering, painting, staining, varnishing, and other finishing trades.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of solving problems independently.
- Available for full-time work Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
- Able to travel to job sites throughout the GTA and Halton Hills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Company vehicle and fuel may be provided; use of a personal vehicle is also acceptable.
