2️⃣ Preferred Areas:
South Calgary (SW/SE), including Seton, McKenzie Towne, Mahogany, Auburn Bay, Shawnessy, Somerset, Macleod Trail corridor, West Springs, Signal Hill, Bridgeland, Inglewood, and surrounding areas.
We are open to considering other locations if the location, rental rate, and customer demographics are suitable.

① Convenient parking and a stable customer base nearby (residential communities, offices, schools, commercial districts, or established shopping plazas).
② Existing restaurant spaces preferred, especially those with a commercial kitchen, exhaust hood system, grease trap, and related infrastructure already in place.
③ If no suitable restaurant conversion opportunities are available, shell spaces may also be considered.
④ Adequate electrical capacity, preferably 400A or higher.
⑤ Ventilation, electrical, plumbing, and drainage systems suitable for operating a hot pot restaurant.
