As part of our organizational restructuring, the Order Desk / Secretary position will focus on improving customer service, order accuracy, communication, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and process customer orders by phone, email, and online platforms.
* Enter orders accurately into company systems.
* Confirm orders, pricing, delivery dates, and product availability with customers.
* Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
* Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
* Maintain customer records and update account information.
* Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
* Assist management with filing, reporting, scheduling, and general office duties.
* Follow up on customer requests and resolve order-related issues professionally.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain confidentiality of company information.

Dans le cadre de notre restructuration organisationnelle, le poste de commis aux commandes / secrétaire sera axé sur l’amélioration du service à la clientèle, de l’exactitude des commandes, de la communication et du soutien administratif.

Responsabilités principales :

* Recevoir et traiter les commandes des clients par téléphone, courriel et plateformes en ligne.
* Saisir les commandes avec exactitude dans les systèmes de l’entreprise.
* Confirmer les commandes, les prix, les dates de livraison et la disponibilité des produits auprès des clients.
* Coordonner les activités avec les départements de production, d’expédition et des ventes afin d’assurer le respect des délais.
* Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et diriger les demandes aux personnes concernées.
* Maintenir à jour les dossiers et les informations des clients.
* Préparer les factures, bons de commande et autres documents administratifs.
* Assister la direction dans le classement, les rapports, la planification et les tâches administratives générales.
* Effectuer les suivis auprès des clients et résoudre les problèmes liés aux commandes de façon professionnelle.
* Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue et respecter la confidentialité des informations de l’entreprise.
