BA Brewmaster has been Kamloops’ premier DIY beverage making facility since 1993, and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who would like to help maximize our customer’s experience to join our team! We are a very small company which focuses on customer satisfaction, just read our Google reviews!

Job tasks:
1. Front end management including:
- Greeting customers
- Taking phone calls and answering emails
- Creating invoices and processing payments
-Organizing appointments and schedules
2. Set up and assist customers with bottling their beer, wine, cider, cooler, or seltzer
3. Additional duties could range from helping keep everything neat and clean to customer follow-up

What we are looking for:
- Previous customer service and/or food industry experience is an asset but not necessary
- Ability to safely lift 50lb boxes and buckets
- Strong organization and ability to multitask
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Friendly and professional, with an interest in helping customers

What we offer:
- Permanent positions with flexible hours: 7 to 8hrs per day, 5 days per week (Tuesday - Saturday)
- We can work around child care, school pickup and drop-off, and extracurricular activities
- Staff discount: 40% off any beverages made in store
- $20-$22/hour based on previous experience
