Lena’s Roti & Doubles located in Mississauga, ON is looking for a Sales Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.

Education and Experience: Completion of high school. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment is required.

Responsibilities:
● Supervise cashiers, assign tasks and train them to create “the warmth of the Caribbean” ambience
● Prepare work schedules for staff, assess their performance and task conformance
● Resolve cash till issues by authorizing payments and return of merchandise
● Develop and maintain superior customer relationships. Resolve customer complaints and handle escalations in an amicable manner.
● Track deliveries to ensure adequate inventory is present for the demand in hand. Sign-off on deliveries of products under your team.
● Establish new business by leading the charge to acquire customers through diligent prospecting and research
● Hire and train sales representatives to represent the brand appropriately and meet or beat the sales targets.
● Develop marketing strategies to achieve the sales targets for the store’s specialty packaged Caribbean products.
