About us:

Laundry Town is an established, family-run laundromat and commercial laundry service in North York. We handle wash-and-fold, pickup-and-delivery, and commercial accounts for spas, salons, clinics, gyms, condos, and local businesses. We're growing our commercial side and need a closer to drive it.
The role:

We're looking for a part-time phone sales rep (up to 15 hrs/per week, fully remote) who can take a list of local businesses and turn them into paying laundry clients. You'll be calling spas, salons, clinics, gyms, property managers, and Airbnb operators — pitching our wash-and-fold and pickup-and-delivery services, handling objections, and closing.

What you'll do:
Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads from our prospect lists
Build and manage a simple sales funnel — track leads from first call to closed client
Follow up consistently (most deals close on the 2nd–4th touch, not the first)
Pitch our free-trial and price-match offers to convert prospects
Log every prospect and outcome so we can see what's working

What we're looking for:
Proven phone sales experience — you've made the calls and closed the deals
Experience building or running a sales funnel / lead pipeline
Comfortable with cold and warm outreach; rejection doesn't rattle you
Self-directed — you'll work remotely with minimal supervision
Organized follow-up habits (you don't let leads go cold)
Bonus: experience selling B2B services to small businesses
